A great set of 20 pieces of tongue bars or straight barbells, however you want to refer to them as. They are an assorted batch, but you do get at least two of the same kind so you will never be without a matching set. The balls are all 4mm and the bars seem to be 16G. A great fit and worth the money. Plenty of options to change around to.
