Bought this in prep for an MRI (as metal was a no-no) and I kept it in size. Unlike other plasticky ones I haven't accidentally bitten through it (seldom bite them anyway but accidents happen!), and it doesn't then damage my teeth like a metal one would. It has stayed put without needing extra tightening. And I've still got the others for spares! Definitely good value.

Loved the colours these come in but I haven’t been able to wear them due to their size, although they are sold as tongue bars I find the bar length at 16mm long to be way too big to ever be comfortably worn this way, the ball sizes are also excessive for this use at 6mm. Unless you have a super thick tongue these are not fit for that purpose, I much prefer a 12mm bar length & a 5mm ball size as a tongue bar
