I bought one of these as mine was getting old. On first impressions it did the job. However, the ball very quickly becomes loose. I was unable to tighten, as if the thread had been chewed. I then purchased a second one (they may have been different sizes tbf) as I thought it was possibly one faulty one. I had the same issue with the second one and ended up swallowing the whole thing whilst eating! Good on face value/appearance/colour as described BUT not really usable for what it was intended for. Would NOT recommend.

Leider lässt sich die Kugel nicht wirklich festdrehen und lockert sich sehr schnell wieder. So muss man Angst haben, wenn man was gegessen hat, dass sich dabei auch das Piercing löst, wenn die Kugel nicht richtig fest ist.
